Processing Time:

After costumer made payment, our team will process order. Processing time will take 3  - 5 business days.

Shipping Methods:

Customers must provide an address where someone will be available between 9am - 5pm on weekdays to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office or courier collection point will be necessary. Business addresses are preferable as the receptionist can sign for the order. We offer two shipping method plans for our customers, free shipping method and paid shipping method. Technically, both of methods different are duration of shipping delivery. Paid shipping method will take faster duration of delivery then free shipping method. Paid shipping method is same like express shipping method. Cost of paid shipping depends on total weight of order or total amount of order. Our team will ship the products from:

Dispatch Times:

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, however, the Dispatch times for orders will vary depending on the stock status of the products across our distribution warehouses. Customers will be provided with an estimated dispatch time-frame within 3 - 5 business days of placing their order. Partial deliveries of orders may be made if an item is on back order, however the customer will be contacted within 1 - 2 business days if such a situation occurs.

During busy periods, such as Christmas, EOFY, Sale events, Public holidays and/or Pandemics there may be a delay in processing your order.
