Returns

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 60 of its shipment date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges within 10 business days after store receive product. Exchanges can also be made within 60 of the shipment date. You may apply Returns and Exchange only if product is broken, defect and malfunction. Remorse causing returns of good will be subject to returns fee of up to US$ 150.

Costumer shall be able to return good only if good is inauthentic, unoriginal and fake proven. Company have high credibility on original and authentic product, but if costumer get inauthentic, unoriginal and fake proven good, it will be subject to return. Custumer must to prove good is inauthentic, unoriginal and fake proven by sending photo of good and related document to us. Company will refund payment included shipping cost if costumer pay with paid shipping after we receive good that returning. It will take 14 days to refund.

We do not require a "return authorization," but you may wish to contact us if you have any questions about a return or exchange. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.

Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties and accessories intact. Restocking fee is free for Exchange. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice.

 
DAMAGED or LOST ITEMS

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, please keep the original package, and please keep all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department by email at support@delitoolstore.com or by telephone at +62-813-28649196 within 10 business days after receiving a damaged shipment.

If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at support@delitoolstore.com or by telephone at +62-813-28649196, as soon as you believe that a shipment has been lost in transit.

 
MANUFACTURE's WARRANTIES

Some products offered on our site are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. A copy of a specific warranty, where one is offered by a manufacturer, will be made available for inspection before sale upon request. To obtain a copy of a manufacturer's warranty before sale, if one is available, contact us by email or by telephone at +62-813-28649196.

All claims made under a manufacturer's warranty must be made directly to the manufacturer.
